The P.I.P. will tell you everything you need to know about this project: and how to successfully complete the 4-H year.

Welcome to the Crafts Project.  The word craft often refers to the development of a particular skill or form of art using a variety of tools, materials and hands-on work to create functional and decorative items. Crafting often involves making items through design activities that have been passed down through generations, while also exploring ideas that emerge on trend in today’s society.

In 4-H, you are encouraged to explore different craft ideas (resource list available for different categories and ideas) and to work with your Crafts Project Leader to select craft options suited to your age, current skill level, and the time you have available to do the work required
